We bought their book “E-Commerce User Experience” and so far, its been fairly useful (it’s been easier to get my boss to spend $125 on a book than thousands on a usability review). I haven’t finished it yet, but hope to by the end of the month to hopefully have some ideas for the upcoming year. We’re making small usability strides, which is better than nothing.
