His specialties include working with B2B firms, manufacturing companies and economic development organizations.
Rick also speaks to groups on the topic of transformative marketing -- using a digital strategy to develop measurable new business and accountability around the digital channel.
He has 20 years of experience in websites and digital marketing. He developed a website and advertising strategy for a small 2-person family business in the mid-90s, helping the company to profitability and over a half million in revenue annually.
He then was the Design Manager for Circuit City’s website, where he helped design the first "buy online, pick up in store" process flow, managed a $5 million media plan and helped online sales reach $1 billion annually.
He founded Whittington Consulting in 2006.
